Join the VGIC members and staff at the Annual Member Meeting at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California on December 8th starting at 10 AM and ending with a Networking Happy Hour!

10am - 12:45pm - Leadership Circle Session: Board of Elections, and 2022 Policy Scope and Prioritization Planning
12:45pm - 4:55pm - All Member Meeting: Networking Lunch, Roundtable, and Fireside Chat
5pm - 6:30pm - Open Networking Happy Hour with VGIC Members and Invited Guests

Lodging reservations
Hotels must be reserved separately for this event. The VGIC recommends the following hotels for convenient and comfortable lodging: DoubleTree Berkeley Marina or Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley.
COVID-19 Safety Measures
All attendees to any event will be asked to show proof of negative COVID test results from the last 72 hours, regardless of vaccination status.
Masks must be worn indoors at all times during the Leadership Circle and Member Meetings
The venue will be set up for social distancing with all possible measures taken to increase airflow
