Join the VGIC members and staff at the Annual Member Meeting at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California on December 8th starting at 10 AM and ending with a Networking Happy Hour!

10am - 12:45pm - Leadership Circle Session: Board of Elections, and 2022 Policy Scope and Prioritization Planning

12:45pm - 4:55pm - All Member Meeting: Networking Lunch, Roundtable, and Fireside Chat

5pm - 6:30pm - Open Networking Happy Hour with VGIC Members and Invited Guests

Hotels must be reserved separately for this event. The VGIC recommends the following hotels for convenient and comfortable lodging: DoubleTree Berkeley Marina or Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

  • All attendees to any event will be asked to show proof of negative COVID test results from the last 72 hours, regardless of vaccination status.

  • Masks must be worn indoors at all times during the Leadership Circle and Member Meetings

  • The venue will be set up for social distancing with all possible measures taken to increase airflow

  • We will continue to follow local ordinances and protocols to keep attendees safe
